Spells and Powers
Levitate: At Will up to 20 ft off any surface.
Slow Fall: When not levitating (or moving downward), descends at the rate of 10 ft per round.
Disintegrate Ray: The Eyeballer can spend a Surge Point to shoot a Disintegrate Ray out of its large central eye. The Ray does not require a Hexslinging roll to cast but does require a Ranged Attack roll to hit. When it hits a nonliving object, the Disintegrate Spell bypasses the Hardness and Armor of its target and instantly reduces its Structure/System Points by 20L AP Damage (plus the X-Roll of the casting). When the ray strikes a living creature it does a flat (no X-Roll) 10SL AP Damage.
