OK, So, being that we're traveling at night, I'll agree with your agreeableness - and say that the Will O Wisp is currently in one of the wagon lanterns.

I'll edit my IC Post with another Option, rather than the other Ritual.

Being that we already set precedent with Barabus, I just want to clear it with you that I can activate Elemental Strength in one round. As it only lasts Turns, it seems really awkward if it requires five minutes prep time to activate. Let me know.

You can raise a physical attribute up to 1 point beyond your generational maximum for one scene, and you can raise it above that up to a maximum of 10 for three rounds - you can raise your dexterity to 10, but just know that three of those dots will only last three rounds.

They're won't be able to catch arrows out of midair - unless you're saying you're just wrapping them around your body protectively? Which I would accept (i'd assign two random number values and roll a ten sided die, if it was one of those then the tendril would take the arrow instead of you, or you could specifically protect your heart or your head).

First of all, I think they could knock an arrow out of the air. Maybe not catch it, but deflect it for sure.

Second, yeah, I meant wearing them as armor. (Is it like my shroud, could I see through my tentacle if I used it as head armor?)

Nope. Specifically being able to block, catch or stop projectiles (of any kind) like that is an elder celerity discipline. Tendrils do not have elder celerity.
