He got pissed off at the carpathian Tzimisce who plotted against him and went on a rampage, slaughtering all those foos and destroying a Tzimisce methuselah that was basically his brother (Triglav the three headed). He was eventually convinced to stop himself from rendering all of Transylvania into a barren, post apocalyptic wasteland by one of his students.

Lucien just so happens to be part of the carpathian Tzimisce, who, in case you haven't guessed it, kind of harbor a grudge against the Dracon for destroying one of their methuselahs and trying to slaughter all of them.

Ghouling - just give them one point of your blood. Feed them any amount (just has to be a few drops really) to form the blood bond. So you can bond someone to you without ghouling them. Upon creation, each ghoul automatically gains a single point of Potence, and a dot in another discipline. They have to earn the rest (Like the ancient secret discipline of Stenography) through experience, which is insanely expensive (or they can just spent their experience on abilities and attributes).

Giving her the first level of Dementation along with Potence. She also gets derangement and an actual character sheet, drastically increasing her survivability through the power of being an actual character.
