Yep, but having someone else show them to you is a nice flavor reason for you to be learning the discipline.

Squirrels: You have a dray of twelve normal squirrels that follow you around and act as if they are trained, even though they are not. The squirrels respond to simple commands (Follow, Hide, Fetch, Deliver, Wait, Guard, Pester, Find Nuts, Etc...) and take care of their own feeding.

Normally, they just hang around and chitter at stuff, following the simple commands given to them, but a Surge Point can also be spent to make them attack something as a Swarm.

Additionally, the squirrel dray automatically regenerates some of its numbers once per day.

Yeah, for sure, I was just confirming that we had to spend xp (unlike mentor/retainer/etc where we don't spend xp, we just do the quest for it.)

I'm thinking of a division of labor. After all, there are several villages and we all have different personal goals in mind. Maybe the like-minded individuals can form teams and move in on their selected villages. Size and numbers depends on the characters.

After all, think of the servants that can be produced if an entire town becomes devoted to the service of two Vicissitude-wielding vampires... Blood Bonds included.

Ahem - permission to tax a few villages and employ labor from them does not equal permission to enslave entire villages (besides, you guys would all get mobbed and killed for it, all of you, even as a group, are not powerful or influential enough (yet) to own even a few villages like that as openly as a vovoide like Sandor).

Also, personal goals or not, if you guys choose to not complete the tasks as described you suffer the wrath of your sires and the Count (and the chronicle finishes waaaaaaaaayyyy earlier than it should).

Or are you talking about the cities that you can become princes of? Because that's a completely different thing.

Before we get our villages, we need to build a fort quick. So there's no real decision of labor, just a ton of enslaving peasants and making them work for us. (Or pay them but that's lame)

After that we can begin dealing with dividing towns.
