Aside from that though, she's a white woman who pretended to be black and claimed to have experienced discrimination on no less than nine separate occasions for being black... When she's actually white.

Plus, she formerly sued a university for being discriminatory against her for being white, so it's basically like she's flipping back and forth between what's convenient.

Don't really understand how not letting someone with balls in a female rest room is such a big controversy. Otherwise, any pervert with a camera or smart glasses can wear a skirt and claim to be trans.

Race is just as much a social construct as gender.

If I alter my body to appear as a member of my preferred classification, and live my life as though I am a member of that group, does it really matter in what manner my original physical form differed from my perception of myself?

The ppl that are down on Dolezal mostly seem to act like she was deceiving for gain, like she felt/knew she was white & just pretended to be black for social benefit.

Some ppl say it's unfair because she grew up white & didbt have to deal with the social issues of being black when she was younger. Caitlyn Jenner didn't have to deal with the horror of menstruation or childbirth, or the social stigma of being female. She got to live most of her life as a successful man, but still gets to be accepted as a woman.

That was my wife's thought: first of all, why do we have to make it a big deal, go to the one you want.

She was worried too that pervert guys could use it as a legal right to go in ladies rooms.
Although technically there's no laws preventing that now, are there?

Pretending to be black as she did is on par with a guy wearing a skirt in a women's clothing room to sneak peeks, in my opinion. It's wrong, and taking advantage of the situation.

I'm not big on people identifying as something they're biologically not, in my opinion if you were born with balls you're a guy. Gender dysphoria he damned, because the brain has been known to do it's own thing from to time. Same with being transracial, although I think that's something different altogether.

But, at the end of the day, my opinion is irrelevant, because I don't really give a Damn what another adult does with their own life. Chop off your leg while you're at it.

Yeah I think it's mostly loopholes and getting kicked out of the establishment youre in (like entering the women's lockerooms in a gym)

You don't need to pretend to be trans. The law is literally just anyone can do what they want, because you can't be discriminated based on your gender.

Bathrooms I don't really care about, because unless you're actively perving you won't see anything. Change rooms are more the concern I would have.

The point of separate bathrooms is so nobody gets exposed to parts they don't have. If your trouser trout is convex or concave, you go to that room. It shouldn't be a problem. The only people dying on this hill are SJWs who are probably neither transgender nor actually, legitimately depressed and/or have chronic pain and/or PTSD, who want to feel PC-justified by fighting this "Symbolic" battle. An actual pre-op transgender person probably spends about 30 minutes in a bathroom per day, 2 hours tops, maybe only 10 of those minutes they will spend in a segregated public bathroom. If you feel oppressed by that, you probably don't have that many other things to get upset about. There are better arguments you could be having.

Transracialism is even more stupid than transgenderism (which I already consoder to be vapid as can be).

The thing with race is that the effects of race don't extend beyond aesthetic, you won't be different in any way if you're a different race from someone else unless you live somewhere where racism would result in life experiences that would change your behaviour.

Transgenderism has the advantage that at least being a woman and being a man does make you different (mentally) to a degree, simply because of tendencies resulting from differing hormonal balances and significantly different social behaviours instilled during development. It's well documented that some people are abnormal or deficient in some manner that leads them to believe they are the wrong sex, and that's a real problem for someone in that situation, so pretending that you're not a guy or a girl because it makes you more comfortable is tolerable. But pretending you're black just because you want to be black is pointless. There is nothing to being black beyond skin colour.

The thing with this bitch was that she was pretending to be a victim so that she could assume moral superiority over others (because in North America the general consensus is that victims are morally untouchable). Thus she claimed she was discriminated against for being black, even though she's white and that's literally impossible. It's the ultimate case of the literal white knight taking offence for something that no one was offended by (the white knight just becomes the people they were "defending").
