May char is a mage, cos I always make mages first. For now trying out the spirit sphere for barriers etc. although no life spells? Why no healing?

Healing is potion only, and you're limited in how many you can carry. Supposedly it's to
force encourage you to plan your expeditions carefully.
Also to pressure you into setting up camps all over the worldmap to resupply.Just my opinion, but it seems like a lot of people were pissed that they "had" to take Anders in their party for DAII since he was the only healer. This way you don't have to drag a healbot around/get stuck being the healbot.
First playthrough for me is always rogue. Dalish.
I think I may have to break down & buy a wifi adapter for my xbox. saved games don't transfer- you
have to use the Keep, and I hate the default world state.

For once I actually tried really hard not to get anything spoiled for this game. XD
Oh, there is a major bug: No Party Banter?! It seems like the issue is related to fast travel. Banter happens until the first time you fast travel, then no more. Some people report if you use the War Table to travel to regions (instead of the FT menu) then banter comes back until the next FT.
Maybe Patch 2 fixes it, maybe not (another reason to get wifi)
